1. The service. 3una 5aha is a non-commercial community platform that hosts Sri Lankan restaurants and home cooks ("shops") who post their business activities — dishes, daily specials, deals and events — so travellers and locals can find Sri Lankan food nearby, based on their location. Listing is free: 3una 5aha charges no fees and takes no commission. Shops prepare and sell food directly to buyers; 3una 5aha provides the listing, discovery, ordering and chat platform and is not the seller, preparer or deliverer of any food.
2. Accounts. Browsing needs no account. Shops register with contact details and are live immediately. We may suspend or remove any shop or user that breaks these terms, posts objectionable content, or harms the community — without prior notice.
3. User content & zero tolerance. Dish listings, photos and chat messages are user-generated. Objectionable content, abuse, fraud or illegal goods are not tolerated. Report any content or user via Support — reports are reviewed within 24 hours and offending content or users removed or blocked.
4. Orders & payment. Orders are agreements between buyer and shop. Payment is settled directly with the shop at pickup unless stated otherwise. Prices are set by shops in their local currency.
5. Food safety. Shops are solely responsible for food safety, hygiene, allergen information and compliance with their local food regulations.
6. Liability. The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, GK SMART is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
